- Rescued Core Email Infrastructure: Recovered drastically dropped delivery and open rates across 5–8M daily automated emails following a failed vendor migration, restoring core business revenue channels.
- Database & Server Performance Optimization: Diagnosed and refactored bottlenecked database queries and server configurations, achieving platform stabilization and measurable infrastructure cost reductions.
- Core Systems Refactoring: Rewrote the entire B2B and B2C invoicing system to handle high-concurrency transaction volume accurately.
