About Me

I am a Technical Lead and Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience designing high-availability, enterprise-grade software platforms.

Currently, I serve as the Platform Integrations Engineering Team Leader at MotorK, where I architect complex systems connecting automotive SaaS solutions, including digital retail, CRM, and inventory platforms, with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), OEM platforms, and third-party ecosystems. I drive AI-first engineering workflows, integrating generative AI into active development, while orchestrating low-latency, resilient data pipelines.

Previously, at brumbrum, I lived the full 0-to-100 startup journey as one of the earliest employees through to acquisition. As Systems Architect and Engineering Lead, I established the core backend platform from scratch, architecting scalable microservices, managing technical debt through rapid product pivots, and stabilizing infrastructure for long-term reliability. Simultaneously, I built and managed the core engineering team, navigating both the complex technical delivery and the deeply human challenges of hyper-growth. From mentoring engineers and managing team dynamics to guiding people through strategic shifts and post-acquisition integration, this end-to-end evolution gave me battle-tested experience in combining architectural rigor with resilient people leadership.

My roots are in electronics and automation engineering, providing a distinct hardware-to-software perspective on system resilience. While I occasionally stay hands-on with industrial electronics and IoT architecture, my primary focus remains on scaling enterprise software systems and leading high-performing engineering teams.
