Engineering Team Leader for the Integrations Team at MotorK, building complex integration platforms for the automotive industry that connect both internal products and external systems, including Dealer Management Systems (DMS), OEM tools, CRMs, and various third-party services. Leading AI-first development practices using generative AI tools for all code development and modifications. Orchestrating data flows, handling data mapping, standardization, and normalization, and deploying services to ensure high availability, resilience, and low-latency performance.
Previously, at brumbrum, I joined as one of the first employees and was immersed in the company's entire journey, from its very beginning through to acquisition. This involvement extended beyond building and leading the core backend services team, allowing me to gain comprehensive firsthand experience across all phases: architecting the systems, managing people, navigating the rapid iterations and pivots of lean development during high-growth periods, guiding the team and technology through stabilization, and adapting to significant strategic and managerial shifts. This provided a practical understanding of the operational, technical, and human challenges faced at every stage of a startup's lifecycle, actively participating in its evolution.
My deep involvement in web development and associated backend technologies spans over two decades. Throughout this time, I have designed, coordinated, and built stable, scalable, and reliable software solutions for countless satisfied clients. While my roots are in electronics and automation engineering - occasionally still involving hands-on design, building, or refining of industrial electronics and IoT devices - my primary professional focus is firmly on software architecture and development, particularly building and optimizing platforms designed to serve millions of users.
